1. What you are buying

A course is a fixed set of live, trainer-led sessions for one child. The session count, the age band and the length of each session are shown on the course page before you pay, and they are what you are buying.

Courses are taught 1:1 — one trainer, one child. A seat is not transferable to another child.

Courses are authored in editions. Your purchase is pinned to the edition on sale on the day you pay, and your classes keep using that edition even if a newer one goes on sale later.

2. At the centre or online

Every course is sold for one delivery: at the centre in Hyderabad, or online. You choose it at checkout, you confirm it at checkout, and it cannot be switched afterwards — the price, the timetable and the trainer are all arranged against it. If you need the other delivery, treat it as a separate purchase and talk to us first.

For classes at the centre, a parent or guardian is responsible for drop-off and pick-up. For online classes you are responsible for a working device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place for your child to work.

3. Payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown inclusive of all charges, GST included; nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full before the first class.

Payments made online are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. A payment recorded at the centre is receipted by us directly.

Access to a course opens when a payment is confirmed as paid, and not before. A payment that is left pending grants no access.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed classes

Class times are agreed with you before the course starts. Because classes are 1:1, a time slot is held for your child alone.

To move a class, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts and we will reschedule it at no cost. A class missed with less notice, or not attended, counts as taught.

If we cancel a class — trainer illness, a technical failure at our end, a centre closure — it is rescheduled at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided no more than one class has been taught.

After that, a refund is pro-rated against the classes still to be taught, less an administrative charge of 10% of the course price.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of being approved.

6. What your child creates

Your child owns what they make. We keep their work in their workspace so they can return to it, and we may show it — with your consent, asked separately — as an example of what children build here.

Our course material, session plans and teaching content remain ours. They are for your child's learning and may not be copied, shared or resold.

7. Conduct and our AI helper

Classes include an AI helper that works alongside the trainer. It is supervised: a trainer is present for every session, and the helper is limited to the task in front of the child.

We expect courtesy towards trainers and other children. We may end a course without refund for behaviour that puts a child, a trainer or our equipment at risk.

Accounts are shared between a child and their parent by design. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including keeping its password to yourself.

8. Your data

We collect only what running the class needs: who the child is, what they are learning, what they have completed, and the record of your payments. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Classes may be recorded so a child can rewatch their own session. Recordings are kept for the length of the course and are visible to you, your child and their trainer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A purchase is governed by the terms published on the day you paid, so a change never applies backwards to a course already bought.

10. Reaching us

Questions about a course, a class or a refund go to the centre. You can find where we are and how to reach us at littleinventors.in/institute.
